顶板定向长钻孔层位设计及瓦斯抽采效果分析

摘要 针对双柳煤矿32(3)15工作面回采期间采空区内及顶板裂隙瓦斯涌出量大的问题,采用煤层顶板定向长钻孔抽采采空区顶板裂隙带瓦斯及采空区瓦斯,充分发挥定向长钻孔钻进精度高、钻进距离长的优势,提高瓦斯抽采效果。结合32(3)15工作面现场情况确定钻孔合理布置位置,并制定钻孔钻进技术方案。新方案现场应用后,定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度、纯量分别稳定在为18%、3.2~4.9 m^(3)/min,回风隅角位置瓦斯浓度降至0.4%,瓦斯治理效果显著。 Aiming at the problem of large gas emission in the goaf and roof cracks during the 32(3)15 working face mining period,the article proposes to use directional long boreholes on the coal seam roof to extract gas from the goaf roof crack zone and goaf,which fully leverages the advantages of high drilling accuracy and long drilling distance of directional long boreholes,and improves the gas extraction effect.Based on the on-site situation of working face 32(3)15,the article has determined the reasonable layout of drilling holes and developed a drilling technology plan,whose on-site application shows that the concentration and pure amount of directional long borehole gas extraction remains stable at 18%and 3.2~4.9 m^(3)/min,respectively,the gas concentration at the return airway corner decreases to 0.4%,and the gas control effect is significant.
