摘要
本文以水性聚氨酯树脂为原料,经纤维素纳米纤维改性制备了一种高强度的水性聚氨酯树脂涂饰剂。通过旋转黏度仪和拉伸试验机等对改性前后的水性聚氨酯乳液的力学性能等进行表征,进一步通过摩擦色牢度仪等对聚氨酯树脂涂饰剂涂饰成品革的使用性能进行评估,探究纤维素纳米纤维用量对聚氨酯树脂的性能影响。结果显示,纤维素纳米纤维对聚氨酯树脂具有良好的改性效果。当加入聚氨酯树脂干重0.3%的纤维素纳米纤维时,聚氨酯树脂的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和断裂伸长率均大幅提高,其中拉伸强度提升幅度高达97.44%。
In this paper,a high strength waterborne polyurethane resin was prepared by modifying cellulose nanofi⁃bers using waterborne polyurethane resin as raw material.The mechanical properties of waterborne polyurethane resin before and after modification were characterized by rotary viscometer and tensile testing machine,and the use perform⁃ance of polyurethane resin on finished leather was evaluated by rubbing color fastness tester.The effect of cellulose nanofibers on the properties of polyurethane resin was investigated.The results show that cellulose nanofibers have a good modification effect on polyurethane resin.When 0.3%cellulose nanofibers with dry weight of polyurethane resin is added,the tensile strength,tear strength,and elongation at break of polyurethane resin have all been significantly improved,with a tensile strength increase of up to 97.44%.
