优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of High-quality Nursing Services in the Nursing of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

分析优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果。选取南京医科大学附属脑科医院2022年7月-2023年7月收治的84例老年性脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各42例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受优质护理服务,比较两组患者护理效果。结果显示,出院前,两组患者的RISC评分、BBS评分、GQOLI-74评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,将优质护理服务应用于老年性脑梗死患者的护理中,能有效改善患者心理状态,优化患者肢体平衡功能,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量与护理满意度。

Analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing services in the care of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.84 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received high-quality nursing services,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that before discharge,the RISC score,BBS score,and GQOLI-74 score of both groups of patients increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that applying high-quality nursing services to the care of elderly patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve their psychological state,optimize their limb balance function,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
