完全组织纵行数对棉毛组织擦拭布性能影响

摘要 采用涤纶超细纤维长丝纱作为原料,以普通双面针织圆机为编织设备,设计开发完全组织纵行数为4、8、12、16、20个的5种组织结构多段棉毛组织针织擦拭布。同时对这5种织物组织基本参数及悬垂性、吸湿性和耐磨性等进行测试分析,讨论完全组织纵行数对涤纶超细纤维针织擦拭布基本参数以及悬垂性、吸湿性和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,随着完全组织纵行数增加,棉毛组织擦拭布密度减小,且与完全组织纵行数呈线性关系,其克质量也有所减小,而厚度则有所增加。此外,随着完全组织纵行数的增大,多段棉毛组织针织擦拭布悬垂系数呈先减小后增大趋势,而芯吸高度呈先增大后减小趋势,其耐磨性能则随完全组织增大而逐渐降低。 Multistage interlock stitch knitted wiping cloth with 5 kinds of complete repeat including 4,8,12,16,20 and so on were designed and developed with polyester microfiber filament yarn as raw material on the common double-sided circular knitting machine.At the same time,the basic parameters,drapability,moisture absorption and abrasion performance of the fabrics were tested and analyzed,and the influence of the wale number of complete repeat on the drapability,moisture absorption and abrasion performance of polyester microfiber knitted wiping cloth was discussed.The results show that with the increase in the wale number of complete repeat,the density of wiping cloth decreases,and the gram weight decreases as well,while the thickness increases,and there is a linear relationship between the density and the wale number of complete repeat.In addition,with the increase of complete repeat,the drape coefficient of multistage interlock stitch knitted wiping cloth decreases first and then increases,while the wicking height increases first and then decreases.The abrasion performance of multistage interlock stitch wiping cloth decreases gradually with the increase of complete repeat.
