摘要
从汉麻加工的废弃物二粗落麻中提取黄酮,采用红外及紫外光谱对提取物的结构与性能进行表征,并将其应用于苎麻织物的功能整理。探讨了阳离子改性前处理工艺、抗紫外整理温度和时间、整理液pH、媒染方式对织物抗紫外性能的影响,并研究了苎麻织物的抗氧化性能。结果表明:黄酮提取液具有良好的紫外吸收及抗氧化性能;采用预媒染工艺对阳离子改性苎麻织物进行整理,在整理液pH为3、整理温度90℃、整理时间1 h的条件下,织物的UPF值为49.81,自由基清除率达89.4%,且水洗后仍保持良好的抗紫外和抗氧化性能。
Flavonoids are extracted from the wastes in hemp processing.The structure and properties of the extracts are characterized by infrared and ultraviolet spectroscopy.The extracted flavonoid is applied to the functional finishing of ramie fabric.The effects of cationic modification technology,finishing temperature,finishing time,pH of finishing solution and mordant dyeing method on the UV resistance of ramie fabric are discussed.The oxidation resistance of ramie fabric is also studied.The results show that flavonoids extract has good UV absorption and antioxidant properties.The cationic modified ramie fabric is finished by pre-mordant dyeing method.Under the conditions of pH 3,finishing at 90℃for 1 h,the UPF value of the fabric can reach 49.81,the free radical scavenging rate is 89.4%.The fabric maintains good anti-UV and anti-oxidation properties after washing.
