采煤工作面电缆拖移系统应用技术研究

摘要 由于采煤机液压系统传导力受支架回转梁无法自由移动、采煤机巨大体积等因素的制约,采煤机供电电缆只能被动地人工拖拽或停机后方可专门进行处理,既影响了作业效率,又无法保证电缆的供电安全。本文介绍的交流电牵引采煤机采用交流变频调速技术,实现牵引速度无级变速,使采煤机的结构紧凑。采煤机的拖缆装置设计可以实现高低调节,使其更加适合于采高较低的煤层,不但避免了设备的损坏,而且避免了人员看电缆而造成的伤害,一定程度上保证了安全生产,避免了中断事故的发生,极其有效地提高了生产效率。 Due to factors such as the inability of the support rotating beam to move freely and the huge volume of the coal mining machine,the transmission force of the hydraulic system of the coal mining machine can only be passively manually dragged or stopped before specialized treatment,which not only affects the operation efficiency but also cannot guarantee the power supply safety of the cable.The AC electric traction shearer introduced in this article adopts AC variable frequency speed regulation technology to achieve stepless speed change in traction,making the structure of the shearer compact.The design of the cable towing device of the coal mining machine can achieve height adjustment,making it more suitable for mining coal seams with lower heights.This not only avoids equipment damage,but also avoids injuries caused by personnel looking at cables,ensuring safe production to a certain extent,avoiding the occurrence of interruption accidents,and greatly improving production efficiency.
