摘要
主要研究了浙江省各地区不同原材料组合的预拌砂浆配合比设计特征系数,以解决现行标准中的砂浆特征系数在设计预拌砂浆配合比时不适用的问题。根据回归方程计算的砂浆特征系数分析满足预拌砂浆和易性和抗压强度要求的每立方米砂浆中总粉料量的限量值情况,为技术人员科学设计预拌砂浆配合比提供技术支持,有助于预拌砂浆质量的稳定可靠。
This paper mainly studies the design characteristic coefficient of readymixed mortar with different raw material combinations in Zhejiang Province to solve the problem that the characteristic coefficient of mortar in the current standard is not applicable to the design of ready-mixed mortar mix ratio.Based on the mortar characteristic coefficient calculated by the regression equation,the limited value of the total powder content per cubic meter of mortar that meets the requirements of workability and compressive strength of ready-mixed mortar is analyzed.It provides technical support for technical personnel to scientifically design the mix ratio of ready-mixed mortar,which is helpful to the stability and reliability of the quality of ready-mixed mortar.
