摘要
随着分布式电源(DG)的不断接入,配电网面临着越来越多的挑战,尤其是在处理高比例DG接入导致的线路过载和故障问题方面。提出了一种基于测控一体化的数字化分布式配电网控制策略,该系统将保护、测量和控制功能集成于同一装置中,实现了信息共享和协同作业,提高了系统的运行效率和可靠性。系统利用测控一体化装置采集线路状态信息,结合智能算法进行异常问题分析和预测,并通过控制策略实现故障线路的快速切除、分布式电源的切除和备用线路的投入,从而最小化故障影响范围,保障配电网的稳定运行。通过对比分析,验证了该系统相对于传统分散式控制方案的优势,包括更快的响应时间、更小的故障影响范围、更低的运行成本和更高的可靠性。
As distributed generation(DG)are continuously being connected,the distribution network is increasingly faced with more challenges,particularly in dealing with line overloads and faults caused by high proportions of DG integration.A digitalized distributed power grid control strategy based on measurement and control integration is proposed in this paper,where protection,measurement,and control functions are integrated into the same device,enabling information sharing and collaborative operations to enhance the operational efficiency and reliability of the system.The system utilizes integrated measurement and control devices to collect information on the status of lines,combines with intelligent algorithms for abnormal issue analysis and prediction,and through control strategies,swiftly isolates faulty lines,disconnects distributed generation,and brings backup lines online,thereby minimizing the scope of fault impacts and ensuring the stable operation of the distribution network.Through comparative analysis,the advantages of this system over traditional decentralized control schemes are confirmed,including faster response times,smaller fault impact areas,lower operating costs,and higher reliability.
