酶解鱼溶浆粉替代部分鱼粉对黄鳝生长、血清生化及免疫指标的影响

Effects of Replacing Some Fishmeal with Stickwater Hydrolysate Meal on Growth,Serum Biochemical and Immunological Indices of Rice Field Eel(Monopterus albus)

摘要 试验旨在研究酶解鱼溶浆粉对黄鳝(Monopterus albus)生长、肠道消化酶、血清生化及免疫指标的影响。以初始体重为(25.00±0.20)g健康黄鳝为研究对象,设置3个处理组,每组3个重复,每箱50尾黄鳝。酶解鱼溶浆粉分别替代基础饲料(对照组鱼粉含量为40%)中0、2.5%和5%的鱼粉,分别记为FM组、SHM2.5组和SHM5.0组,养殖试验持续56 d。结果表明,与FM组相比,酶解鱼溶浆粉替代部分鱼粉(SHM2.5组和SHM5.0组)对黄鳝增重率无显著差异(P>0.05),但肠道胰蛋白酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);酶解鱼溶浆粉替代部分鱼粉对黄鳝血清总胆固醇、尿素氮、总胆汁酸、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、补体3、丙二醛、碱性磷酸酶和超氧化物歧化酶水平均无显著影响(P>0.05);酶解鱼溶浆粉替代部分鱼粉显著升高血清中免疫球蛋白M、补体4和溶菌酶水平(P<0.05),SHM5.0组血清中葡萄糖、三酰甘油和碱性磷酸酶水平显著升高(P<0.05)。综上所述,酶解鱼溶浆粉适当替代鱼粉对黄鳝的生长、饲料利用和肠道消化酶无不利影响,并且会增强黄鳝的免疫功能。 The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of stickwater hydrolysate meal on growth,in⁃testinal digestive enzymes,serum biochemistry and immune indexes of rice field eel(Monopterus albus).Healthy rice field eel with an initial weight of(25.00±0.20)g were used as the study subjects,and three treatment groups were set up with three replicates in each group and 50 rice field eel per box.Stickwater hydrolysate meal was used to replace 0,2.5%and 5%fishmeal in the basal diet(fishmeal content of 40%),recorded as FM,SHM2.5 and SHM5.0,respectively,and the breeding experiment lasted 56 days.The re⁃sults showed that the replacement of some fish meal(SHM2.5 and SHM5.0)by stickwater hydrolysate meal did not have any significant difference on the weight gain rate(WGR)of rice field eel(P>0.05);but significantly increased the intestinal trypsin(TPS)activity(P<0.05);the replacement of some fish meal by stickwater hydrolysate meal had no sig⁃nificant effect on the serum total cholesterol(TC),urea nitrogen(BUN),total bile acids(TBA),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT),glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT),complement 3(C3),malondialdehyde(MDA),alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)of rice field eel.There were no significant differences in the levels of alkaline phosphatase,malondialdehyde and su⁃peroxide dismutase(P>0.05);the replacement of some fish meal by stickwater hydrolysate meal signifi⁃cantly increased the levels of serum immunoglobulin M(IGM),complement 4(C4)and lysozyme(LZM)(P<0.05),and the levels of serum glucose(GLU),triglyceride(TG)and alkaline phosphatase in the SHM5.0 group were significantly elevated(P<0.05).The results indicated that proper replacement of fish meal by stickwater hydrolysate meal has no adverse effect on growth,feed utilization and intestinal diges⁃tive enzymes of rice field eel and will enhance the immune function of rice field eel.
