摘要
植物活性物质是大量存在于植物非营养素中的一类物质,多具有保健、治疗等作用。因此,了解和研究活性物质的体内药动学对推动化学物质机制研究和新药研发具有重大意义。生理药动学模型是一种基于机体的生理、生化、解剖和药动学基础的综合工具和数学模型。该模型以文献、计算机研究、体外实验等作为基础,预测和外推药物的药动学过程和剂量反应关系,为植物活性成分的临床前研究和临床应用提供支持,并且减少研究成本和时间,更加符合当代毒理学领域的发展趋势。
Phytoactive substances are a kind of substances which exist in a large number of plant non-nutrients,and mostly have health care and therapeutic effects.Therefore,understanding and studying the in vivo pharmacokinetics of the active substances is of great significance for promoting the mechanism research of chemical substances and the development of new drugs.The physiologically based pharmacokinetic model is a comprehensive tool and mathematical model based on the physiological,biochemical,anatomical and pharmacokinetic foundations of the body.Based on literature,computer studies and in vitro experiments,the model predicts and extrapolates the pharmacokinetic process and dose-response relationship of drugs,provides support for the preclinical research and clinical application of phytoactive ingredients,reduces the research cost and time,and is more in line with the development trend of contemporary toxicology field.
