一种新型种子清选加工工艺

摘要 一般的种子清选加工工艺采用初清机或复式清选机后串联风筛式清选机,然后串联重力式分选机的机械配套形式对种子进行清选加工。这种种子清选加工工艺在保证种子净度和生产效率之间存在矛盾。主要原因是因为在重力式分选机分选后的一部分种子与杂质的混合物需经回流工序,即需重复喂入重力分选机几次后才能达到净度要求。为有效解决这一矛盾,设计一种新型种子清选加工工艺,即将生产率小于原重力式分选机的色选机与原重力式分选机回流料口相连省去回流工序,实现既保证种子的净度,又不降低生产率的双重目标,还可有效提高种子加工企业的生产效能和经济效益。 The general seed cleaning processing technology adopts the mechanical supporting form of the primary cleaning machine or the series air screen cleaning machine after the double cleaning machine,and the series gravity sorting machine after the wind screen seed cleaning machine.This kind of seed cleaning process has a contradiction between ensuring seed clarity and production efficiency.The main reason is that a part of the mixture of seeds and impurities after separation by the gravity separator needs to go through the reflux process,that is,it needs to be fed into the gravity separator several times to achieve the clarity requirements.In order to effectively solve this contradiction,a new type of seed cleaning processing technology is designed,that is,the color separator whose productivity is less than the original gravity separator is connected with the original gravity separator to eliminate the reflux process,so as to achieve the dual goals of ensuring the clarity of seeds and not reducing the productivity,but also effectively improve the production efficiency and economic benefits of seed processing enterprises.
