急救流程干预联合应急预案改善急诊脊柱骨折预后及睡眠的研究

Study on Improvement of Prognosis and Sleep of Emergency Spinal Fracture by Emergency Procedure Nursing Combined Emergency Plan

目的:探究采取急诊流程干预联合应急预案对急诊脊柱骨折患者预后及睡眠改善作用。方法:选取2022年9月至2023年9月三明市第二医院急诊科收治的脊柱骨折患者96例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展急诊流程干预联合应急预案。从疼痛程度、失眠程度、主观睡眠质量评估2组干预效果。结果:干预后观察组视觉模拟评分(VAS)相比对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI-C)评分相比对照组降低(P<0.05);观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:急诊脊柱骨折患者采取急诊流程干预联合应急预案能明显减轻疼痛程度,缓解失眠症状,提高睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of emergency procedure intervention combined with emergency plan on improving prognosis and sleep in patients with emergency spinal fracture.Methods:Selecting patients with spinal fractures admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 for grouping study,96 samples were included.Divide into 2 groups based on simple randomization,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received emergency process intervention combined with emergency plans.Evaluate the intervention effects of two groups based on the degree of pain,insomnia,and subjective sleep quality.Results:After intervention,the visual analogue scale(VAS)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the severity index of insomnia(ISI-C)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of emergency process intervention and emergency plan can significantly reduce pain,alleviate insomnia symptoms,and improve sleep quality in patients with emergency spinal fractures.
