摘要
为提高轻质蒸压砂加气混凝土墙板在建筑工程中的应用水平,论文以山东省东营市某多层建筑设计为依托,通过理论分析的方法研究轻质蒸压砂加气混凝土墙板的特性、墙板体和连接节点的设计。结果表明,基于提出的轻质蒸压砂加气混凝土墙板正截面抗弯承载力、斜截面抗剪承载力计算方法,得到墙板的强度为A3.5和A5.0时,其最大配筋率分别为0.32%、0.46%,最大斜截面剪切力分别为11340.0 N、16632.0 N。针对轻质蒸压砂加气混凝土墙板的安装方式主要由横向安装和竖向安装提出钩头螺栓节点的连接方式,有效保证墙板与结构的连接牢固性。
In order to improve the application level of lightweight autoclaved sand aerated concrete wallboard in construction projects,this article relies on a multi-story building design in Dongying City,Shandong Province,and studies the characteristics of lightweight autoclaved sand aerated concrete wallboard,the design of wallboard bodies and connection nodes through theoretical analysis.The results show that based on the proposed calculation method for the bending capacity of the normal section and the shear capacity of the oblique section of lightweight autoclaved sand aerated concrete wallboard,when the strength of the wallboard is A3.5 and A5.0,the maximum reinforcement ratios are 0.32%and 0.46%respectively.The maximum shear forces of the oblique section are 11340.0 N and 16632.0 N respectively.In view of the installation methods of lightweight autoclaved sand aerated concrete wallboard,which are mainly horizontal and vertical installation,hook bolt node connection methods are proposed to effectively ensure the connection between the wallboard and the structure.
