行气活络方联合骶管封闭术在腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗中的应用

Application of Xingqi Huoluo prescription combined with sacral canal closure in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨行气活络方联合骶管封闭术在腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年11月至2023年9月期间本院收治的50例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组采用骶管封闭术治疗;观察组采用行气活络方联合骶管封闭术治疗。分析比较两组的中医证候积分、腰椎功能[日本骨科协会(Japanese orthopaedic association,JOA)评分]、炎性因子[白介素6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)]。结果:治疗后,两组的中医证候积分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组的中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的JOA评分均较治疗前明显提高,且观察组JOA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的IL-6、CRP均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组的IL-6、CRP均比对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:行气活络方联合骶管封闭术治疗可改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的中医症状,缓解炎症反应,促进腰椎功能恢复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xingqi Huoluo prescription combined with sacral canal closure in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 50 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sacral canal closure.The observation group was treated with Xingqi Huoluo prescription combined with sacral canal closure.The syndrome scores,lumbar function[Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score],inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)]of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the TCM syndrome score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA score of both groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the JOA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-6 and CRP in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and IL-6 and CRP in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingqi Huoluo Decoction combined with sacral canal closure can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with lumbar disc herniation,relieve inflammation and promote the recovery of lumbar function.
