采区泵房综掘施工新工艺的研究与应用

摘要 为解决采区泵房综合机械化掘进施工难题,进行了一系列施工方法和工艺的改进。首先,优化了采区泵房断面,在保证巷道断面满足使用需求的条件下减小破顶尺寸,以适应综掘机最大截割高度;其次,设计了采区泵房直角拐弯抹角范围,保证综合机械化掘进设备能够顺利进入多拐弯巷道正常施工;再次,在施工过程中对采区泵房直角拐弯处进行了阶段性支护参数优化,避免了支护材料的浪费且保证了支护的可靠性及安全性;最后,设计了除尘风机步进挪移技术方案,减少了采区泵房施工期间除尘风机的挪移次数,保障了除尘效果,加速了巷道的施工进程。通过系统化研究,摆脱了采区泵房综掘施工技术瓶颈,以综合机械化掘进取代了传统放炮掘进,促进了矿井安全、高效开采,并产生了良好的经济、社会效益。 A series of construction methods and techniques are improved to solve the difficult problem of comprehensive mechanization excavation construction of pump room in mining area.Firstly,the cross-section of the pump room in the mining area is optimized,the size of the roof breaking is reduced under the condiction of ensuring the roadway cross-section meets the usage requirements,in order to adapt to the maximum cutting height of the fully mechanized excavation machine;Secondly,the right-angle turning range of the pump room in the mining area is designed to ensure that the comprehensive mechanization excavation equipment can smoothly enter the multi turn roadway for normal construction;Once again,during the construction process,phased optimization of support parameters is carried out at the right-angle turning place of the mining area pump room,avoiding waste of support materials and ensuring the reliability and safety of support;Finally,a step-by-step moving technology scheme for the dust removal fan is designed,which reduces the number of moving times of the dust removal fan during the construction of the pump room in the mining area,ensures the dust removal effect,and accelerates the construction process of the roadway.Through systematic research,the bottleneck of fully machanized excavation construction technology for pump rooms in mining areas is broken.Comprehensive mechanization excavation replaces traditional blasting excavation,promoting safe and efficient mining in mines,and generating good economic and social benefits.
