摘要
针对大采高大倾角综采工作面存在矿压强烈、开采强度大、顶板容易冒落、支护难度较大的问题,以王村煤业1311工作面为研究背景,对工作面覆岩破坏规律进行研究,计算关键层和其他各层的载荷,确定关键层极限跨距和基本顶周期来压步距,建立FLAC^(3D)数值模拟模型,研究工作面推进对垂直应力分布和垂直位移分布的影响规律;计算液压支架的工作阻力,对液压支架进行选型并分析其稳定性。结果表明,液压支架初撑力和末阻力的分布范围在4000~6000 kN和5000~7000 kN之间,大于额定工作阻力的60%占比为42.5%和70.6%,大于额定工作阻力的80%占比为0%和82.5%,没有大于额定工作阻力的情况。1311工作面选取液压支架满足井下支护需求,能够很好地适应井下大采高大倾角的复杂工况。
In view of the problems of strong mine pressure,high mining intensity,easy roof caving,and difficulty in support existing in large mining height and large dip angle fully mechanized mining face,taking the 1311 working face of Wangcun Coal Industry as the research background,the failure law of the overlying rock of the working face is studied,the loads of the key layer and other layers are calculated,the ultimate span of the key layer and the basic roof periodical weighting layout are determined,and a FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation model is established to study the influence law of working face advancement on the vertical stress distribution and vertical displacement distribution;Calculate the working resistance of the hydraulic support,conduct hydraulic supports type selection and analyze their stability.The results show that the distribution range of initial support force and final resistance of the hydraulic support is between 4000-6000 kN and 5000-7000 kN,greater than 60%of the rated working resistance,accounting for 42.5%and 70.6%respectively,greater than 80%of the rated working resistance,and accounting for 0%and 82.5%respectively.There is no situation of exceeding the rated working resistance.The selection of hydraulic supports in the 1311 working face meets the requirements of downhole support and can well adapt to the complex working conditions of downhole large mining height and large dip angle.
