摘要
超声造影剂在临床上广泛应用于肾脏疾病的诊疗,在超声造影剂表面以共价或非共价的方式连接特异性配体构建靶向超声造影剂是其发展趋势。靶向超声造影剂能特异性聚集在肾脏病灶内,显著增强肾脏病灶的超声成像和药物或基因治疗疗效,在基因、分子和细胞水平实现肾脏疾病的早期诊断和靶向治疗。本文对靶向超声造影剂在肾脏疾病分子成像和靶向治疗方面的研究进展予以综述。
Ultrasound contrast agent is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases.Connecting specific ligands on the surface of ultrasound contrast agent to construct targeted ultrasound contrast agent is a development trend.Targeted ultrasound contrast agent can specifically gather in kidney lesions,significantly enhance the ultrasound imaging of kidney lesions and the therapeutic effect of drug or gene,and achieve the early diagnosis and targeted therapy of kidney diseases at the gene,molecular and cell levels.The research progress of targeted ultrasound contrast agent in molecular imaging and targeted therapy of kidney diseases are reviewed in this paper.
