石墨烯增强环氧树脂胶黏剂的研究进展

摘要 环氧树脂胶黏剂具有较高的强度、硬度和耐化学腐蚀性,故其应用越来越广泛。但它也存在一些缺点,如热稳定性差、导电性差等。二维石墨烯是一种具有高强度、高导电性、大比表面积等优异性能的材料,在环氧树脂胶黏剂中添加石墨烯可增强其性能。综述了石墨烯-环氧复合材料的制备及石墨烯对环氧胶黏剂的影响,展望了石墨烯-环氧复合材料的应用前景。未来,在石墨烯-环氧复合材料合成与加工过程中还需解决石墨烯的均匀分散、生产的可扩展性、与环氧树脂及固化剂的相容性等问题。 With its high strength,hardness and chemical resistance,epoxy adhesives are used more and more widely.However,there are some shortcomings,such as poor thermal stability,poor electrical conductivity and so on.Two-dimensional graphene is a kind of material with high strength,high conductivity and large specific surface area.The addition of graphene to epoxy adhesives is also a promising use.This paper describes the effect of graphene on epoxy adhesive and potential application of graphene-epoxy composites.In the future,in the synthesis and processing of graphene-epoxy composite materials,it is still necessary to solve the problems of uniform dispersion of graphene,production scalability,compatibility with epoxy resins and curing agents,etc.
