摘要
锂离子电池隔膜是组成锂离子电池的四种主材之一,对锂离子电池的综合性能尤其是安全性影响显著。本文结合隔膜在锂离子电池中的重要作用,综述了锂离子电池隔膜的种类及制备工艺方法并对其优缺点进行了比较,重点介绍了以惠强新材为代表的干法隔膜企业在三层共挤一次成型方面的成就。最后对锂电池隔膜在新材料、新结构、新工艺等方面的未来发展趋势进行了总结展望。
The separator of lithium-ion batteries is one of the four main materials that make up lithium-ion batteries,which has a significant impact on the comprehensive performance,especially safety of lithium-ion batteries.This article combines the important role of separators in lithi-um-ion batteries,summarizes the types and preparation methods of separators,and compares their advantages and disadvantages.Taking Huiqiang New Energy Materials Co.,Ltd.as an example,the achievements of dry process separator via three-layer co-extrusion one-time forming route were introduced.Finally,summary and outlook were made on the future development trends of lithium battery separators in new materials,structures,and processes.
