磁性分子印迹聚合物对石榴皮中白藜芦醇的选择性富集

摘要 本实验采用表面分子印迹技术,以四氧化三铁颗粒为磁芯、白藜芦醇为模板分子、多巴胺为功能单体和交联剂,制备Fe_(3)O_(4)磁性分子印迹聚合物(Fe_(3)O_(4)@molecularly imprinting polymer,Fe_(3)O_(4)@MIPs)。利用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪及振动样品磁强计对磁性分子印迹聚合物表面基团、颗粒形状、骨架结构及磁化强度进行表征,并利用高效液相色谱法检测Fe_(3)O_(4)@MIPs对白藜芦醇的吸附性能。结果表明,Fe_(3)O_(4)@MIPs具有较高的磁化强度和较稳定的形态结构,当吸附时间为150 min、白藜芦醇初始质量浓度为40μg/mL时,最高吸附量达35.101μg/mg,说明该材料对白藜芦醇具有良好的吸附性能。综上,以Fe_(3)O_(4)@MIPs为吸附剂,固相萃取石榴皮中白藜芦醇时,能够达到选择性识别及富集目标物的目的。 Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers(Fe_(3)O_(4)@MIPs)were prepared by adopting surface molecular imprinting technology using Fe_(3)O_(4) particles as the magnetic core,resveratrol as the template molecule,and dopamine(DA)as the functional monomer and crosslinking agent.The surface groups,particle shape,skeleton structure,and magnetization intensity of Fe_(3)O_(4)@MIPs were characterized through scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared(IR)spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and vibrating sample magnetometry(VSM),and its adsorption performance for resveratrol was detected using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results indicated that Fe_(3)O_(4)@MIPs had high magnetization intensity and showed a stable morphology.When the adsorption time was 150 minutes and the concentration of resveratrol was 40μg/mL,the maximum adsorption capacity of 35.101μg/mg was obtained,indicating a good adsorption performance.In conclusion,solid phase extraction with Fe_(3)O_(4)@MIPs as the sorbent enabled selective recognition and enrichment of resveratrol from pomegranate rind.
