数字音频技术在袋式除尘器维修中的应用研究

摘要 随着工业的快速发展,粉尘污染日益严重,促使袋式除尘器在工业粉尘治理中得到广泛应用。然而,滤袋破损、清灰不均匀、风机故障等问题频发,急需先进的状态监测与故障诊断技术来解决存在的问题。因此,探索将数字音频技术应用于袋式除尘器的维修,重点研究基于小波包能量、Hilbert谱图、自回归滑动平均(Auto-Regressive and Moving Average,ARMA)模型频谱等特征的滤袋破损检测、清灰系统评估、风机运行状态监测方法。 Dust pollution is becoming more severe with the rapid development of industry,leading to the widespread use of baghouse dust collectors in industrial dust control.However,problems like filter bag damage,uneven cleaning,and fan failures are common.Advanced condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technologies are needed.This paper explores using digital audio technology for baghouse dust collector maintenance.It focuses on methods for detecting filter bag damage,evaluating the cleaning system,and monitoring fan operation using wavelet packet energy,Hilbert spectrum,and Auto-Regressive and Moving Average(ARMA)model spectrum features.
