中西医结合护理在行肝动脉化疗栓塞术原发性肝癌患者中的应用

Application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in patients with primary liver cancer undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolization

目的探讨对行肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)的原发性肝癌患者采用中西医结合护理对其恶心呕吐症状的影响。方法选择2019年5月至2022年5月期间在山东第一医科大学附属省立医院行TACE治疗的100例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为2组。对照组(50例)给予常规西医护理措施,观察组(50例)在常规西医护理措施的基础上结合中医护理。比较2组的疼痛情况、恶心呕吐症状、肝功能水平以及生活质量。结果出院时,观察组的视觉模拟评分法评分、恶心呕吐症状得分,以及谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶水平均明显低于对照组,血清白蛋白水平、肝癌患者生活质量量表各方面得分与总分均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),且与术后1 d比较均更优(P均<0.05)。结论行TACE治疗的原发性肝癌患者应用中西医结合护理效果显著,能够有效减轻恶心呕吐症状,改善肝功能和生活质量,有效缓解疼痛。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on nausea and vomiting symptoms in patients with primary liver cancer undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods A total of 100 patients with primary liver cancer who underwent TACE treatment at Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(50 cases)received routine Western medicine nursing measures,while the observation group(50 cases)received traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of routine Western medicine nursing measures.The pain,nausea and vomiting symptoms,liver function level,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results At discharge,the Visual Analogue Scale score,nausea and vomiting symptom score,as well as the levels of alanine transaminase and aspartate transaminase in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The serum albumin level,as well as the total score and scores in all aspects of Quality of Life-Liver Cancer scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and were better than those on the first day after surgery(all P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing has a significant effect on primary liver cancer patients undergoing TACE treatment,which can effectively alleviate nausea and vomiting symptoms,improve liver function and quality of life,and effectively alleviate pain.
