摘要
钢制压力容器具有结构多样、安全性要求严格、制造专业化以及密封性强的特征。在对其分类及基本要求进行分析的基础上,从设计图样审查、材料控制、工艺控制以及焊接控制4个方面展开,详细探讨钢制压力容器制造环节的质量控制措施,以期从整体层面提高容器制造水平,助力钢制压力容器制造业实现更好与更快发展。
Steel pressure vessels have the characteristics of diverse structure,strict safety requirements,manufacturing specialization and strong sealing.Based on the analysis of their classification and basic requirements,discusses the quality control measures of steel pressure vessel manufacturing from four aspects:design review,material control,process control and welding control.In order to improve the level of container manufacturing from the overall level,help the steel pressure vessel manufacturing industry to achieve better and faster development.
