摘要
新媒体时代为公立医院的文化传播带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。在这一时代背景下,公立医院的文化传播不仅有助于构建和谐的医患关系,更能提升医院的文化竞争力,成为推动医院高质量发展的关键力量。然而,新媒体的发展对于医院文化传播而言也是一把双刃剑。一方面,新媒体的普及使得信息传播更加便捷,但同时也带来了信息碎片化、真伪难辨的问题。另一方面,新媒体的互动性使得公众可以更加直接地表达对医院的看法和意见,这无疑增加了医院文化传播的压力和挑战。本文以某省S公立医院为例,探讨新媒体时代公立医院文化传播的有效路径。
The new media era has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the cultural communication of public hospitals.In this era,the cultural communication of public hospitals not only helps to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,but also enhances the cultural competitiveness of hospitals and becomes a key force to promote the highquality development of hospitals.However,the development of new media is also a double-edged sword for hospital cultural communication.On the one hand,the popularity of new media makes the dissemination of information more convenient,but at the same time,it also brings the problem of fragmentation of information,and it is difficult to distinguish the truth from falsehood.On the other hand,the interactivity of new media allows the public to express their views and opinions on hospitals more directly,which undoubtedly increases the pressure and challenge of hospital culture communication.This paper takes S public hospital in a province as an example to explore the effective path of public hospital culture communication in the new media era.
