职业院校新媒体赋能网络育人创新路径研究

Research on the Innovative Path of Network Parenting Empowered by New Media in Vocational Colleges and Universities

摘要 以职业院校新媒体赋能网络育人创新路径为主题,分析新媒体赋能网络育人的研究特点、积极影响和现实需要,提出新媒体赋能网络育人的内涵、价值、特点和路径。新媒体赋能网络育人是指利用新媒体技术和平台,对职业院校学生进行思想政治教育和职业技能培养的过程,其价值在于提高网络育人的效率、质量和水平,培养适应社会发展需要的高素质应用型人才。新媒体赋能网络育人的特点主要表现在多元化、互动化、个性化和创新化等方面,其路径主要包括构建组织体系和制度规范、构建多元化内容体系和资源库、开展多样化的网络育人活动和实践、建设监督评价和反馈机制等方面。 Taking the innovative path of new media-enabled network parenting in vocational colleges and universities as the theme,this paper puts forward the connotation,value,characteristics and path of new mediaenabled network parenting by analyzing the research characteristics,positive impacts and practical needs of new media-enabled network parenting.This paper argues that new media-enabled network parenting refers to the process of ideological and political education and vocational skills cultivation for students in vocational colleges and universities by using new media technologies and platforms,the value of which lies in improving the efficiency,quality and level of network parenting,and cultivating high-quality and applied talents adapted to the needs of social development.This paper points out that the characteristics of new media-enabled network parenting are mainly manifested in the aspects of diversification,interaction,personalisation and innovation,and its path mainly includes the construction of organizational system and institutional norms,the construction of a diversified content system and resource base,the development of diversified network parenting activities and practices,and the construction of supervision,evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
