不同添加剂配比对镁合金砂型铸造用树脂砂性能的影响研究

摘要 针对镁合金砂型铸造中使用的树脂砂,探讨了混砂时加入树脂、固化剂、阻燃剂、硅烷等添加剂的配方及作用。通过测定树脂砂的可使用时间、起模时间、抗压强度等参数,分析了不同添加剂配比对树脂砂性能的影响。研究结果表明,在确保树脂砂强度的基础上,尽量减少树脂和固化剂的配比量,可减少铸件气孔缺陷,改善高温性能,提高铸件质量,降低生产成本。该研究结果可为镁合金铸件的高质量生产提供技术支持。 In this study,for the resin sand used in magnesium alloy sand casting,the formulation and role of additives such as resin,curing agent,flame retardant,silane,etc.added during sand mixing were discussed.The effects of different additives ratio on the performance of resin sand were analysed by determining the serviceable time,mould starting time,compressive strength and other parameters of resin sand.The results of the study show that on the basis of ensuring the strength of resin sand,minimising the proportionate amount of resin and curing agent can reduce the casting porosity defects,improve the high temperature performance,improve the casting quality and reduce the production cost.This study provides technical support for the high quality production of magnesium alloy castings.
