分析肺表面活性物质治疗重症新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果

摘要 目的分析针对重症新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征实施肺表面活性物质治疗的临床效果。方法50例重症新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参考组和讨论组,每组25例。参考组患儿采用常规治疗,讨论组患儿采用肺表面活性物质治疗。比较两组患儿血气分析指标、不良事件发生情况以及治疗效果。结果治疗后,讨论组血液酸碱度(7.36±0.38)、动脉血氧分压(72.05±6.38)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、血氧饱和度(96.83±1.71)%高于参考组的(7.19±0.18)、(64.42±6.07)mm Hg、(90.63±1.63)%,动脉血二氧化碳分压(40.28±2.53)mm Hg、吸入氧浓度(31.72±3.26)%低于参考组的(45.71±2.27)mm Hg、(40.63±3.58)%(P<0.05)。讨论组患儿不良事件发生率8.00%低于参考组的32.00%(P<0.05)。讨论组患儿治疗总有效率96.00%明显高于参考组的76.00%(P<0.05)。结论针对重症新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征采取肺表面活性物质进行治疗,可有效改善患儿血气分析指标,提升治疗效果,并且具有较高的安全性,对于改善患儿预后有重要作用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effects of pulmonary surfactant therapy on severe neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods 50 neonates with severe respiratory distress syndrome as the subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a reference group and a discussion group,each with 25 cases.The reference group received conventional treatment,and the discussion group received pulmonary surfactant therapy.The blood gas analysis indicators,occurrence of adverse reactions,and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood pH of the discussion group was(7.36±0.38),the arterial oxygen partial pressure was(72.05±6.38)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and the blood oxygen saturation was(96.83±1.71)%,which were higher than(7.19±0.18),(64.42±6.07)mm Hg and(90.63±1.63)%in the reference group;the discussion group had arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure of(40.28±2.53)mm Hg and inhaled oxygen concentration of(31.72±3.26)%,which were lower than(45.71±2.27)mm Hg and(40.63±3.58)%in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the discussion group was 8.00%,which was lower than 32.00%in the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 96.00%in the discussion group was significantly higher than 76.00%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary surfactant therapy for severe neonatal respiratory distress syndrome can effectively improve blood gas analysis indicators,enhance treatment effect,and has a high safety,which plays an important role in improving the prognosis of children.
