摘要
转化器是氯乙烯合成的主要反应设备,因长期使用不当或管理不严,有可能出现内漏或报废的现象,给企业造成巨大的经济损失。本文通过对转化器的结构、触媒的装载、乙炔通量、温度、压力等进行全面分析,从而实现对其科学合理的使用和维护。
The converter is the main reaction equipment for vinyl chloride synthesis.Due to improper longterm use or lax management,internal leakage or scrapping may occur,causing huge economic losses to the enterprise.This article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the structure of the converter,the loading of the catalyst,the acetylene flux,temperature,pressure,etc.,so as to achieve its scientific and reasonable use and maintenance.
