芒柄花素抗肿瘤及其药物递送系统的研究进展

摘要 芒柄花素是一种来自三叶草、鸡血藤和黄芪的异黄酮,具有显著的抗肿瘤活性。与其他异黄酮相比,芒柄花素具有较强的化疗活性和较低的毒性,但由于芒柄花素水溶性差、生物利用度低,在一定程度上限制了其临床应用。为了实现肿瘤的精准治疗,药物递送系统逐渐应用于抗肿瘤治疗,可通过制剂学提高药物疗效、降低不良反应发生率、逆转耐药性。因此,全面了解芒柄花素抗肿瘤作用及其药物递送系统,可以为芒柄花素的剂型设计及临床应用提供参考。 Formononetin is an isoflavone from shamrock,Caulis spatholobi and astragalus with significant antitumour activity.Compared with other isoflavones,formononetin has strong chemotherapeutic activity and low toxicity,but its poor water solubility and low bioavailability limit its clinical application to some extent.In order to achieve precise treatment of tumors,drug delivery systems are gradually applied to antitumor therapy,which can improve drug efficacy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and reverse drug resistance through formulation science.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of formononetin antitumor effect and its drug delivery system can provide a reference for the dosage form design and clinical application of formononetin.
