摘要
为了提升化合物橄榄苦苷苷元的利用价值,将其作为天然染料用于柞蚕丝和羊毛织物的染色,优化了染色工艺条件,利用UV-vis分析了两种织物的呈色反应过程,测试了染色织物的色牢度和抗菌性。结果表明:橄榄苦苷苷元作为蛋白质纤维天然染料具有可行性,织物获得了较高的染色深度,生成颜色产物的最大吸收波长在280nm和341nm处。柞蚕丝织物的最佳染色工艺为:橄榄苦苷苷元质量分数4%(omf),染色pH=8.0,50℃染色2.0h;羊毛织物的最佳染色工艺为:橄榄苦苷苷元质量分数5%(omf),染色pH=7.5,50℃染色2.0h。染色织物的各项色牢度均在4级及以上,抗菌效果较好。
In order to improve the utilization value of Oleuropein aglycone,its dyeing performances on silk and wool fabrics are studied as natural dyes,the dyeing conditions are optimized,the color reaction processes of the two fabrics are analyzed by UV-vis,and the color fastness and antibacterial properties of the dyed fabrics are tested.The results show that Oleuropein aglycone is feasible as a natural dye for protein fibers,and the fab-ric can achieve high dyeing depth.The maximum absorption wavelengths of the generated color products are at 280 nm and 341 nm.The optimal dyeing process for tussah silk fabric is:Oleuropein aglycone of 4%(omf),dyeing pH of 8.0,and dyeing at 50℃for 2.0 h.The optimal dyeing process for wool fabric is:Oleuropein agly-cone of 5%(omf),dyeing pH of 7.5,and dyeing at 50℃for 2.0 h.The color fastnesses of dyed fabrics are at Grade 4 or above,and the antibacterial effect is good.
