摘要
憎水迁移性是判断复合绝缘子老化程度的重要指标。为了研究伞裙的憎水迁移性和绝缘子伞裙各个维度的老化程度之间的关系,对不同运行年限的复合绝缘子进行伞裙不同位置和伞裙上表面不同径向位置的憎水迁移试验,并对不同运行年限的复合绝缘子进行伞裙不同位置、伞裙上表面不同径向位置及伞裙内外层的FTIR试验,探究硅橡胶化学基团对憎水迁移性的影响。试验结果表明:高压端的憎水迁移性明显低于中压端和低压端,而对于伞裙上表面边沿、中部和根部的憎水迁移性,不同运行年限的径向位置分布规律存在差异。不同运行年限下,相比于低压端和中压端,高压端的有机官能团均出现不同程度的下降,且不同运行年限下不同径向位置的官能团吸收峰的高低也表现出不同的规律。
Hydrophobic migration is an important indicator for determining the degree of aging of composite insulators.In order to study the relationship between hydrophobic migration of insulator umbrella skirt and the aging degree of each dimension of the umbrella skirt,this paper conducts hydrophobic migration tests and FTIR measurements on composite insulators with varied years of service duration at different positions of the umbrella skirt and different radial positions on the surface of the umbrella skirt,to deeply explore the influence of silicone rubber chemical groups on hydrophobicity migration.The results show that the hydrophobicity migration at the high voltage end is significantly lower than that at the medium voltage and low voltage ends,and there are differences in the radial distribution patterns of hydrophobicity migration at edges,middle,and roots of umbrella skirt surface with different operating years.Under different operating years,compared to the low and medium voltage ends,the organic functional groups at the high voltage end show varying degrees of decline,and the absorption peaks of functional groups at different radial positions also exhibit different patterns under different service years.
