摘要
卧式储油罐是核电厂中为应急柴油发电机组提供燃料的重要存储设备。在进行抗震计算分析时,需要考虑储罐内液体晃动效应对设备的影响。依据Housner理论对液体晃动的动液压力进行了分析和计算,应用有限元软件ABAQUS对卧式储油罐进行了建模和抗震分析,介绍了设备的载荷和使用限制及液体晃动的动液压力的计算方法,采用反应谱法计算得到了卧式储油罐在地震载荷下的应力响应,按照相关标准规范对设备在不同载荷作用下的应力进行了校核和评定。计算结果表明,卧式储油罐的结构强度满足相关抗震规范要求,能够保证在地震工况下的结构完整性和可靠性。为卧式储油罐的优化设计和抗震评估提供了参考,为进一步掌握卧式储油罐的抗震分析方法积累了经验,对保证核电厂设备的可靠运行具有重要意义。
The horizontal oil storage tank represents a crucial component of the infrastructure of nuclear power plants,serving to store fuel for emergency diesel generating sets.In the seismic calculation and analysis,it is necessary to consider the impact of the shaking effect of the liquid in the storage tank on the equipment.The moving fluid pressure of liquid shaking was analyzed and calculated according to Housner theory,and a tank model was established by the finite element software ABAQUS for a further seismic analysis and calculation.For the equipment,the load and limitation in use,the calculation method of moving fluid pressure of liquid shaking were introduced.The stress response under seismic load was calculated by using the response spectrum method,and the stress under different loads were checked and evaluated according to relevant standard specifications.The results of the calculations demonstrate that the structural strength of the horizontal oil storage tank meets the requirements of the relevant seismic code and ensures the structural integrity and reliability under seismic conditions.This provides a reference basis for the optimal design and seismic assessment of horizontal oil storage tanks,and accumulates experience for further mastering the seismic analysis method of horizontal oil storage tanks,which is of great significance in ensuring the reliable operation of nuclear power plant equipment.
