摘要
针对直流低值电阻表的溯源问题,我单位研制了一款高精度的数字式直流电阻箱。本文以数字式直流电阻箱为研究对象,介绍了数字式直流电阻箱的实现原理,搭建了数字式直流电阻箱的校准系统对其进行校准,并开展了测量不确定度评定。由测量不确定度评定结果可知,数字式直流电阻箱校准结果的测量不确定度最高可达1.4×10^(-6)。
Aiming at the traceability problem of DC low value resistance meters,our unit has developed a high-precision digital DC resistance box.This paper takes the digital DC resistance box as the research object,introduces the implementation principle of the digital DC resistance box,builds the calibration system of the digital DC resistance box to calibrate it,and carries out the measurement uncertainty evaluation.According to the evaluation results of measurement uncertainty,the measurement uncertainty of the digital DC resistance box calibration results can reach up to 1.4×10~(-6).
