Fire Safety Management Strategies for Flammable and Explosive Hazardous Chemical Sites

易燃易爆危险化学品被广泛应用于各行各业,其火灾风险不容忽视。当前,危化品场所在储存容器选用、电气设备防爆以及火灾自动报警系统建设等方面还存在一些问题,易引发事故。文章在分析上述消防安全隐患的基础上,从完善储存容器定期检查更换制度、严格电气设备防爆等级管理以及加强火灾自动报警系统建设等方面,提出了切实可行的解决对策。通过实例分析说明了消防安全管理方案的可操作性和有效性,为危化品场所的本质安全管理提供了参考。

Flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals are widely used in various industries,their f ire risks cannot be ignored.At present,there are still some problems in the selection of storage containers,explosion-proof electrical equipment,and construction of automatic f ire alarm systems where hazardous chemical plants are located,which can easily lead to accidents.Based on the analysis of the above-mentioned f ire safety hazards,this article proposes practical and feasible solutions from the aspects of improving the regular inspection and replacement system of storage containers,strict management of explosion-proof levels of electrical equipment,and strengthening the construction of automatic f ire alarm systems.Finally,the operability and effectiveness of the f ire safety management plan were demonstrated through case analysis,providing a reference for the essential safety management of hazardous chemical sites.
