摘要
采用固化剂乳化法,以缩水甘油醚环氧树脂和香兰素/六亚甲基-1,6-二胺/丙烯酰胺三元聚合物固化剂为主体,加入一定量的偶联剂KH-550和控制剂氢氧化钠,制备了一种低伤害固砂用树脂体系。考察了树脂、固化剂、偶联剂、控制剂用量对该体系固砂效果的影响。结果表明,优选配方组成为m(树脂)∶m(固化剂)∶m(偶联剂)∶m(控制剂)∶m(水)=10∶12.5∶1∶2.5∶74。该体系在室温25℃条件下,静置24 h未固化且黏度保持在6 mPa·s;在80℃恒温水浴下固化72 h,固结体的抗压强度可达到5.8 MPa,渗透率保留率可达85%以上。
A resin system for low-damage sand fixation was prepared by using a curing agent emulsifi-cation method,with glycidyl ether epoxy resin and vanillin/hexamethylene-1,6-diamine/acrylamide ternary polymer curing agent as the main components,and adding a certain amount of KH-550 as coupling agent and sodium hydroxide as control agent.The effects of the amounts of resin,curing agent,coupling agent,and controlling agent on the sand solidification performance of the system were investigated.The results indicated that the optimal formulation was m(resin)∶m(curing agent)∶m(coupling agent)∶m(controlling agent)∶m(water)=10∶12.5∶1∶2.5∶74.Under the condition of room temperature(25℃),the system remained uncured for 24 hours with a viscosity of 6 mPa·s;when cured in a constant temperature water bath at 80℃ for 72 hours,the compressive strength of the solidified body could reach 5.8 MPa,and the permeability retention rate could exceed 85%.
