摘要
目的探究延续性营养护理对食管癌术后患者营养状况的改善效果。方法选取厦门医学院附属海沧医院2021年5月至2023年8月收治的共84例食管癌术后患者。随机数字表法分为对照组42例(常规护理)和观察组42例(延续性营养护理)。比较两组生存质量、营养状况、护理满意度、术后并发症发生情况。结果经护理干预后,观察组生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域和环境领域评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。护理干预后,观察组总蛋白(TP)、体重指数(BMI)以及护理满意度水平均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论延续性营养护理可明显降低食管癌术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,改善生存质量和营养情况。
Objective Exploring the improvement effect of continuous nutritional care on the nutritional status of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 84 postoperative esophageal cancer patients admitted to Xiamen Medical College Affiliated Haicang Hospital from May 2021 to August 2023 were selected.The random number table method was used to divide 42 cases into a control group(routine care)and a study group(continuous nutritional care).Compare the quality of life scores,nutritional status indicators,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of postoperative complications between two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of physiological domain,psychological domain,social relationship domain and environmental domain of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After nursing,the total protein(TP),body mass index(BMI)and nursing satisfaction level of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nutritional care can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in esophageal cancer,improve nursing satisfaction,and improve quality of life and nutritional status.
