考虑精度与成本的再制造装配优化选配方法

摘要 再制造装配过程中零部件装配精度低、综合成本高,再制造产品质量难以保证,基于此这里提出了一种考虑精度与成本的再制造装配优化选配方法。创建再制造零部件质量损失函数、综合成本目标函数,确定装配精度尺寸链约束,以两个目标函数综合性能最少为优化目标,构建再制造机械产品多目标优化选配模型,并选用PSO-GA混合算法求解多目标模型。最后,以1.4TGDI发动机曲柄连杆机构再制造选配为例,验证了本方法的有效性和实用型。采用本研究所提出的多目标选配模型能有效保证再制造产品的装配精度,获取综合成本最少的装配序列,并且充分利用了再制造零部件,提高了再制造匹配成功率。 Aiming at the problems of low assembly accuracy,high comprehensive cost and difficult to guarantee the quality of re⁃manufactured products in the process of remanufacturing and assembly,an optimal matching method of remanufactured me⁃chanical products considering assembly accuracy and cost is proposed.Establish the quality loss function and comprehensive cost objective function of remanufactured parts,determine the dimensional chain constraints of assembly accuracy,and take the mini⁃mum comprehensive performance of the two objective functions as the optimization objective to build a multi-objective optimization matching model of remanufactured mechanical products,and PSO-GA hybrid algorithm is adopted to solve the multi-objective model.Finally,taking the remanufacturing and matching of crank connecting rod mechanism of 1.4TGDI engine as an ex⁃ample,the effectiveness and practicability of this method are verified.The multi-objective matching model proposed in this study can effectively ensure the assembly accuracy of remanufactured products,obtain the assembly sequence with the least comprehen⁃sive cost,make full use of remanufactured parts and improve the success rate of remanufacturing matching.
