改性胶粘剂在RCS混合节点的应用及固化强度研究

摘要 使用纳米化学改性方案,通过优化树脂节点的化学官能团,增加交联化学键密度,实现改性胶粘剂的优化,含早期强度优化和长期强度优化。使用实体地震应力液压试验台,采用实测数据的方法进行方案比较。对比数据含48 h内每隔6 h的强度测量、48 h、15 d和30 d的强度测量,不同地震强度条件下上述时间点的强度测量。实测数据表明,纳米化学改性树脂胶粘剂的早期强度和长期强度均优于传统的环氧树脂锚固粘接方案,且在高强度地震条件下有优化表达。不牺牲长期强度的前提下,纳米化学改性树脂胶粘剂的早期强度粘接可靠性优于传统环氧树脂表现。 Using the nanochemical modification scheme,the optimization of the modified adhesive was achieved by optimizing the chemical functional groups of the resin node and increasing the cross-linked chemical bond density,including early strength optimization and long-term strength optimization.A physical seismic stress hydraulic test bench and the method of measured data were used to compare the schemes.The comparative data included intensity measurements every 6 hours within 48 hours,intensity measurements at 48 hours,15 days,and 30 days,and intensity measurements at the above time points under different earthquake intensity conditions.The measured data showed that the early and long-term strength of nanochemically modified resin adhesive was superior to traditional epoxy resin anchoring bonding schemes,and it had optimized expression under high-strength earthquake conditions.Without sacrificing long-term strength,the early strength bonding reliability of nanochemically modified resin adhesives outperformed traditional epoxy resins.
