钢结构工程的胶粘剂施工工艺优化研究

摘要 随着钢结构建筑的广泛应用,胶粘剂的应用也成为关注的重点。胶粘剂的类型多样,对建筑结构的质量、强度以及粘接性都提出了更为严格的要求。环氧树脂胶粘剂具有良好的稳定性、适应性以及耐老化性能,对各类建筑材料都具备高度粘接力。其常温固化能力和高弹性高强度能力,更是对推动建设结构质量提升有着十分显著的作用。研究立足钢结构现场施工粘接的实际需求,对所配置的环氧树脂胶粘剂的多项性能进行测试。通过实验,我们确认了其具备良好的物理特性和耐介质性、粘接强度以及施工工艺,综合性能较好,可以满足钢结构现场胶接施工的需求。 With the widespread application of steel structure buildings,the application of adhesives has also become a focus of attention.There are various types of adhesives,which put forward stricter requirements for the quality,strength,and adhesion of building structures.Epoxy resin adhesive has good stability,adaptability,and aging resistance,and has high adhesion to various building materials.Its curing ability at room temperature and high elasticity and high strength have a very significant role in promoting the quality improvement of construction structures.Based on the actual needs of on-site construction bonding of steel structures,a number of properties of the configured epoxy resin adhesive was tested in the research.Through experiments,we have confirmed that it has good physical properties,medium resistance,bonding strength,and construction technology,and has good comprehensive performance,which can meet the needs of on-site bonding construction of steel structures.
