重庆市高等职业教育经费投入现状及对策研究

Study on the Current Situation of Higher Vocational Education Funding Investment and Countermeasures in Chongqing

重庆市作为西部大开发的重要战略支点,地处“一带一路”和长江经济带的联结点,高等职业教育为重庆的发展提供了数以万计的人才支撑。在高职“百万扩招”的背景下,重庆市高等职业教育规模不断扩大,教育经费投入作为教育保障的物质基石,其重要性不言而喻。本研究以《中国教育经费统计年鉴》中相关数据为依托,对数据进行描述性统计分析,对重庆市高等职业教育经费投入现状展开讨论。为保障重庆市高等职业教育高质量发展,建议以提高生均经费投入为切入点,改革高等职业教育经费投入体制、优化经费使用效益,持续为重庆市提供高素质技术技能型人才。

As an important strategic fulcrum for the development of the western region in China,Chongqing is located at the junction of the“Belt and Road”and the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and higher vocational education provides tens of thousands of talents to support its development.Against the background of the"million expansion"of higher vocational education,the scale of higher vocational education in Chongqing has been expanding,and the importance of education funding as the material cornerstone of education guarantee is self-evident.This study takes the relevant data in China Education Expenditure Statistical Yearbook as the basis,conducts descriptive statistical analysis of the data,and analyses the current situation of higher vocational education funding investment in Chongqing in detail.In order to ensure the high-quality development of higher vocational education in Chongqing,it is suggested that the starting point is to increase the per capita funding,reform the funding investment system of higher vocational education,optimize the efficiency of the use of funds,and continue to provide high-quality technical and skilled talents for Chongqing.
