医院感染管理预防控制策略的应用及效果

The Application and Effectiveness of Hospital Infection Management Prevention and Control Strategies

目的探讨医院开展感染预防控制策略的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月邳州市中医院60名医务人员为研究对象,2021年1—12月开展常规管理模式,为对照组。2022年1月—2023年12月应用医院感染预防控制策略,为观察组。比较两组管理质量、操作质量和医疗机构中菌群数量。结果观察组管理质量评分、操作质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组医疗机构菌群数量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论将医院感染预防控制策略引入感染管理科中,可提高管理质量及工作人员的操作质量。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of infection prevention and control strategies in hospitals.Methods Sixty medical staff of Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected for the study from January 2021 to December 2023.Conventional management mode was carried out from January to December 2021 as the control group.Hospital infection prevention and control strategy was applied from January 2022 to December 2023 as the observation group.Compared the quality of management,operation quality and the number of bacterial flora in the medical institutions of the two groups.Results The management quality score and operation quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The number of medical institution flora in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing hospital infection prevention and control strategies into the infection management department improves the quality of management and staff practices.
