全科医生基层工作意愿的状况及其影响因素研究

General practitioners’willingness to work in township heath centers and the influencing factors

全科医生在基本医疗卫生服务中扮演着关键角色,负责预防保健、常见病与多发病的诊疗及转诊,还承担患者康复和健康管理的多重任务,是居民健康的守护者。目前,全科医生在基层医疗卫生机构长期服务的意愿普遍偏低,这无疑对基层医疗服务的稳定性和质量造成了严峻的挑战。文章对现有文献进行梳理与分析,深入探讨影响基层全科医生工作意愿的多元因素,这些因素主要涵盖了人口学特征、工作相关因素以及组织因素等多个层面,旨在为进一步的研究和干预措施的制定夯实基础。

General practitioners play a key role in basic medical care and health services,they are not only responsible for preventive health care,diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring diseases and referrals,but also undertake multiple tasks of patient rehabilitation and health management.They are the guardians of residents'health.However,at present,the willingness of general practitioners to serve long-term in primary health care institutions is generally low,which poses a severe challenge to the stability and quality of primary health care services.In this paper,the existing literature is carefully sorted out and analyzed.The multiple factors affecting the willingness of grassroots general practitioners to work,which mainly cover demographic characteristics,work-related factors,organizational factors and other aspects,are discussed in depth,aiming to lay a solid foundation for further research and intervention measures.
