炎症信号通路在子宫内膜癌中的作用机制及中医药调控研究进展

摘要 子宫内膜癌是临床常见的妇科肿瘤。近年来,随着内分泌、代谢性等疾病发病率的增加及人们生活、饮食习惯的改变,子宫内膜癌每年约有32万例新发病例,已成为严重威胁女性身体健康的重大疾病。目前,关于子宫内膜癌的发病机制尚未完全阐明,但慢性炎症反应和雌激素缺乏是重要的两大因素。研究发现,炎症信号通路介导肿瘤增殖、抗凋亡、血管生成、侵袭和转移等多个方面。磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B,PI3K/Akt)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen activated protein kinase,MAPK)、核转录因子-κB(p-nuclear transcription factor-κB,NF-κB)、分泌型糖蛋白(Wnt)、转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)等炎症通路等在子宫内膜癌细胞的增殖、侵袭等过程中发挥着重要作用。中医药调控子宫内膜癌的炎症信号通路众多,但缺乏系统总结,深入研究中医药调节炎症相关信号通路对子宫内膜癌的治疗具有重要意义。基于此,该研究通过检索中医药通过调控多条炎症信号通路治疗子宫内膜癌相关文献,进一步明确中医药防治疾病的相关作用机制,以期为临床用药提供指导,促进中医药现代化发展。 Endometrial carcinoma is a common gynecological tumor in clinic.In recent years,with the increase in the incidence of endocrine and metabolic diseases and the changes in people's living and eating habits,there are about 320000 new cases of endometrial cancer every year,which has become a major disease that seriously threatens women's health.At present,the pathogenesis of endometrial cancer has not been fully clarified,but chronic inflammatory response and estrogen deficiency are two important factors.It has been found that inflammatory signaling pathway mediates tumor proliferation,anti-apoptosis,angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis.Inflammatory pathways such as phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/Akt),mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK),p-nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB),Wnt and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)play an important role in the proliferation and invasion of endometrial cancer cells.There are many inflammatory signaling pathways regulated by traditional Chinese medicine in endometrial cancer,but there is a lack of systematic summary.It is of great significance to study the inflammatory signaling pathways regulated by traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of endometrial cancer.Based on this,this study further clarified the relevant mechanism of Chinese medicine in preventing and treating diseases by searching the relevant literature on the treatment of endometrial cancer by regulating multiple inflammatory signal pathways,in order to provide guidance for clinical medication and promote the modernization of Chinese medicine.
