骶四针穴针刺联合生物反馈治疗压力性尿失禁疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Sacral Four-needle Acupuncture Combined with Biofeedback in the Treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence

目的:观察骶四针穴针刺联合生物反馈治疗压力性尿失禁(SUI)的效果。方法:60例随机分为对照组和研究组各30例。两组均给予生物反馈治疗,研究组加用骶四针穴针刺。结果:治疗后两组盆底表面肌电值均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组1h尿垫试验尿失禁量均礒少,且研究组少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组ICI-Q-SF量表评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骶四针穴针刺联合生物反馈治疗SUI疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the effect of sacral four-needle acupuncture combined with biofeedback in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given biofeedback therapy,and the study group were treated with sacral four-needle acupuncture in addition.Results:After treatment,the pelvic floor surface electromyography values of the two groups increased,and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of urinary incontinence in the 1h pad test decreased in both groups,and that of the study group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ICI-Q-SF scale scores of the two groups decreased,and that of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sacral four-needle acupuncture combined with biofeedback is effective in the treatment of SUI.
