新课标背景下中小学体育教师专业化发展的困境与纾解——基于行动者网络理论

Challenges and Solutions in the Professional Development of Primary and Secondary School Physical Education Teachers under the New Curriculum Standards——An Actor-Network Theory Perspective

摘要 中小学体育教师专业化发展是义务教育阶段学校体育高质量发展的必然选择。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,基于行动者网络理论,以转译过程的4个核心要素(问题呈现、利益赋予、充分征召、积极动员)为分析框架,对新课标背景下中小学体育教师专业化发展困境与纾解路径进行探究。研究发现:“新课标”背景下中小学体育教师专业化发展面临各方行动者认同感不高、趋利性博弈、机制不健全、行动力不足等困境,致使“新课标”执行落地缓慢、建设实效不强。据此提出纾解路径:强化行动者自身认同感,激发专业化发展的自觉性行动;夯实利益共同体意识,维持专业化发展赓续性跃迁;打造多元协同培养机制,促进专业化发展全要素参与;不断突显核心行动者,支持专业化发展持续性推进。 The professional development of primary and secondary school physical education(PE)teachers is an essential choice for the high-quality advancement of PE in compulsory education.This study utilizes literature research method and logical analysis.Based on Actor-Network Theory,it employs the four core elements of the translation process(problem presentation,interest endowment,full enlistment,and active mobilization)as an analytical framework to explore the challenges and pathways for addressing the professional development of primary and secondary school PE teachers under the new curriculum standards.The study reveals that under the new curriculum standards,the professional development of these teachers faces hurdles such as low recognition from various stakeholders,opportunistic behavior,inadequate mechanisms,and insufficient drive,resulting in slow implementation of the new curriculum standards and limited practical effectiveness.Consequently,the study proposes solutions:strengthening the self-identification of stakeholders,inspiring self-driven actions for professional development;fostering a sense of shared interests,ensuring the continuity and progression of professional development;establishing diverse collaborative training mechanisms to encourage the participation of all elements in professional development;and consistently emphasizing core stakeholders to support the sustained progress of professional development.
