摘要
旨在研究植物甾醇对高脂饮食犬血脂水平及血清抗氧化能力的影响。选取健康、体重相近比格犬18只,随机分为3组,饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、高脂日粮(高脂饮食组)和高脂日粮中添加1%植物甾醇的日粮(植物甾醇组),试验期为10周。结果:试验过程中,高脂饮食组犬血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量均逐渐升高,并分别于第2周、第6周和第2周后显著高于对照组(P<0.05),于第8周,TC和TG含量超过犬高血脂症的发病标准;添加植物甾醇后,与高脂饮食组相比,血清TC、TG和LDL-C含量分别于第4周、第6周和第4周后显著降低(P<0.05),与对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,高脂饮食显著提高了犬血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05),添加植物甾醇后,MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),且与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,长期给予犬高脂饮食可引发高血脂症和氧化应激,植物甾醇可有效改善高脂饮食犬的血脂状况,并提高机体的抗氧化能力。
This study investigated the effects of phytosterol supplementation on blood lipid levels and antioxidant capacities in canines fed with high fat diet.18 healthy beagles with similar body weight were randomly allocated to 3 treatments,fed with a basal diet(the control group),high fat diet(the high-fat diet group),and high fat diet supplemented with 1%phytosterol(the phytosterol group),respectively.The trial lasted for 10 weeks.The results showed as follows:Compared with the control group,the concentrations of total cholesterol(TC)in serum,triglyceride(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)of the canines in the high-fat diet group were gradually increased during the trial,significantly higher than in the control group after weeks 2,6 and 2(P<0.05),respectively.At week 8,the TC and TG contents exceeded the criteria for the onset of canine hyperlipidemia.Compared with the high-fat diet group,serum TC,TG,and LDL-C levels were significantly lower after weeks 4,6,and 4 with the supplementation of phytosterol,respectively(P<0.05),and were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the high-fat diet significantly increased malondialdehyde(MDA)content(P<0.05)in the serum,phytosterol supplementation decreased MDA content in the serum(P<0.05)to the level comparable with that in the control group(P>0.05).In conclusion,canines fed with high-fat diet over a long period of time might cause hyperlipidemia and oxidative stress.Dietary phytosterols supplementation could effectively improve the blood lipid status of canine fed with high-fat diet,and improve the antioxidant capacity of the animals.
