龙砂医派名医辈出,名著众多,通过对《新编中国中医古籍目录》《江苏历代医人志》《江苏艺文志》等目录书的搜寻,整理归纳龙砂医派的主要医籍,并进行分门汇编。结果发现龙砂医派主要医籍最早可追溯至南朝,随朝代更迭,医派隆盛,著作不断增多,研究方向不断拓展。龙砂医家撰写医籍种类齐全,专科专病均有涉猎,且在方书类、医案医话医论类撰写最多。医籍内容注重实用性,强调临床的有效性与可操作性。同时龙砂医派重视《黄帝内经》五运六气、《伤寒论》经方学术思想的传承脉络清晰,历代医家,发微阐珍,集成创新,一源多流,学说纷呈。对龙砂医派主要医籍进行梳理,对更好地传承发扬中医药学有着深远意义。

The Longsha Medical School has produced numerous renowned physicians and classic works.Through searching for index book such as Newly Compiled Catalogue of Ancient Chinese Medicine Books,Chronicles of Medical Practitioners in Jiangsu,and Records of Arts and Literature in Jiangsu,the main medical texts of the Longsha Medical School have been compiled and categorized.It was found that the origins of Longsha Medical School's major medical texts can be traced back to the Southern Dynasties period.With the passage of dynasties,the school prospered,producing an increasing number of works and expanding its research directions.Longsha medical practitioners covered a wide range of specialties and diseases in their writings,with a focus on compendia of prescriptions and medical case studies.The content of their medical texts focused on practicality,emphasizing clinical effectiveness and operability.Additionally,the Longsha Medical School attached great importance to the inheritance and development of academic ideas from classics such as the Five Elements and Six Qi in the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon,and the the classic formula in the Treatise on Cold Damage.Over generations,medical scholars of the Longsha Medical School contributed significantly,innovating from a common source with diverse theories.This systematic review of the main medical texts of the Longsha Medical School holds profound significance for the better inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
