2016—2022年威海市市区医疗机构消毒质量监测结果分析

Disinfection Quality Monitoring and Analysis from 2016 to 2022 in Urban Areas of Weihai

目的:了解威海市市区医疗机构的消毒质量现状和感染危险因素,为医院感染控制提供参考。方法:通过现场采样和实验室检测,对威海市市区各级医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量状况进行监测与分析。结果:2016—2022年共监测样品5196份,总合格率为92.73%。2016—2022年合格率分别为86.60%、91.90%、94.13%、91.54%、95.07%、96.57%和95.47%,不同年份监测样品合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=94.089,P<0.01)。监测的7个项目中,高压灭菌器合格率最高,为99.04%;医护人员手合格率最低,仅为80.37%;各年份间室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、紫外线灯及内镜合格率比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为68.460、43.732、22.195、35.947、15.938,P<0.05)。三级、二级、一级医疗机构的消毒质量合格率依次为94.62%、96.19%和90.39%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=42.821,P<0.01)。结论:威海市市区医疗机构消毒质量合格率总体较好,各级医疗机构及不同监测项目的消毒质量合格率存在差异,医护人员手、紫外线灯合格率较低,应重点加强监管。

OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of disinfection quality and infection risk factors in medical institu⁃tions in Weihai,so as to provide basis for the prevention and control of hospital infection.METHODS Through field sampling and laboratory testing,the disinfection and sterilization quality status of medical institutions at all levels in urban areas were monitored and analyzed.RESULTS A total of 5196 samples were monitored from 2016 to 2022,with an average qualification rate of 92.73%.The qualification rates in the seven years were respectively 86.60%,91.90%,94.13%,91.54%,95.07%,96.57%,and 95.47%,with statistically significant differences in qualification rates among different years(χ^(2)=94.089,P<0.01).Among the 7 monitored proj⁃ects,the qualification rate of pressure steam sterilizer was the highest,at 99.04%.The qualification rate of hand hygiene was the low⁃est,only 80.37%.The qualification rates of air,object surfaces,ultraviolet lamp lamps,and endoscopes were statistically significant among different years(χ^(2)=68.460,43.732,22.195,35.947,15.938,P<0.05).The qualified rates of first-level,second-level and third-level medical institutions were 90.39%,96.19%,and 94.62%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=42.821,P<0.01).CONCLUSION The overall qualified rate of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Weihai is good,and there are differences in the qualified rate of disinfection quality among medical institutions at all levels and different monitoring proj⁃ects.The qualified rate of medical hand hygiene and ultraviolet lamps is relatively low,and supervision should be emphasized.
