数字经济背景下高职院校基层党建与金融专业高质量发展深度融合的路径研究

高校院系党组织党建工作与事业发展在根本上具有内在统一性,统一于落实立德树人根本任务,统一于为党育人为国育才。院系党组织要强化政治引领,夯实战斗堡垒,推动党建与业务深度融合,在抓实思想政治工作、规范落实党政联席会议制度、加强高素质教师队伍建设、推进数字化信息化建设上持续发力。以金融科技应用专业群为例,分析数字经济背景下促进高职院校党建与人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新和国际交流合作等深度融合的“金融”路径,以高质量的党建引领提升人才培养质量,推动金融专业高质量发展。

There is an inherent unity between the party building work of the party organization and the development of education.The party organizations of the colleges and departments of the university should play the role of a fighting fortress,promote the deep integration of party building work and business,and continue to make efforts in the ideological and political work,the standardized implementation of the party-government joint conference system,the strengthening of the construction of high-quality teachers,and the promotion of digital information construction.Taking the professional group of financial technology application as an example,the paper analyzes the specific path to promote the deep integration of party building work with talent training,scientific research,social service,cultural inheritance and innovation,international exchange and cooperation under the background of digital economy,and leads the high-quality development of the financial profession with high-quality party building.
