水泥基矽土(CIS)新型材料在隧洞堵水灌浆中的应用

摘要 滇中引水工程石鼓水源工程冲江河左岸进水隧洞,位于山体地下水位线以下的富水地层,地下水水量丰富。洞身穿越断层破碎带、溶缝(穴)、岩溶管道等不良地质段,地下水沿溶缝、溶洞等通道股状出涌,冲刷通道内充填物,形成空腔,对洞身稳定造成不利影响,存在安全隐患;洞内涌水还将阻碍洞内施工,影响施工进度和施工质量。隧洞施工过程中需针对不同的涌水情况确定堵水方案,保证施工安全和质量,采取水泥基矽土(CIS)新型材料堵水灌浆施工方案,取得显著成效。 Shigu Water Source Project of Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project is located on the left bank of Chongjiang River intake tunnel,in a water rich formation below the mountain's groundwater level,with abundant groundwater volume.The tunnel body passes through unfavorable geological sections such as fault fracture zones,karst fissures(caves),and karst pipelines.Groundwater flows out in the form of strands along the channels such as karst fissures and caves,eroding the filling materials in the channels and forming cavities,which have adverse effects on the stability of the tunnel body and pose safety hazards.The water influx inside the tunnel will also hinder the construction inside,affecting the construction progress and quality.During the tunnel construction process,it is necessary to determine water blocking schemes based on different water inflow situations to ensure construction safety and quality.CIS new material water blocking grouting construction scheme has been adopted,achieving significant results.
